As the Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Director, you will provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the cath lab staff, manage schedules and workflows, develop performance improvementinitiatives, and assist with staff onboarding and training. You will also identify areas for growth, safety risks, and uphold high patient safety standards in the Cath Lab. You will report to the Director of Inpatient Services and be supported by Nurse Supervisors.
