The Cardiopulmonary Nurse Manager will report to the unit director with responsibilities that include directing administrative operations, future planning of unit, assists with hiring, orientation, and onboarding of new staff, manages work schedules, conducts performance reviews, actively collaborates with interdisciplinary team and other departments to achieve unit goals, routinely monitors care provided, and demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care based upon need of patient. Individuals earning quick interviews with be a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina or have a compact license and have experience in a nurse leadership capacity.
