This 500-bed, non-for-profit healthcare center is seeking a Nurse Manager Cardiovascular OR to join its team. The Cardiovascular Operation Room Nurse Manager and their team will have the opportunity to use their background and expertise while utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in providing the highest level of patient care to the surrounding community.
The Nurse Manager Cardiovascular OR will work in coordination with the Director to achieve the goals set forth on the unit. Additional responsibilities include completing administration duties, collaborate between departments as needed / beneficial, consistently meeting or exceeding staff performance expectations, possessing advanced nursing knowledge and competency, and ensuring the quality clinical services being provided are in line with the hospital policy, procedures, and regulations. Strong applicants will possess a BSN, Cardiovascular OR experience, leadership experience, and be BLS certified. Certification in area of clinical specialty is preferred.
