The Certified Nursing Assistant Rehabilitation will report directly to the Charge Nurse, with overall supervision by the Nurse Manager. This role is integral to our care team, working closely with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and other healthcare professionals to ensure our residents receive the best care possible.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care, ensuring residents' dignity and comfort at all times.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring that residents receive proper nutrition.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and residents' progress.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
