Job Description:
As a Clinical Anesthesia Practitioner, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patient vital signs, and ensuring the safe delivery of anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your expertise will be invaluable in collaborating with surgeons and anesthesiologists to deliver high-quality patient care. You will also maintain accurate patient records and educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs during surgery and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients before, during, and after surgery.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field.
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or ability to obtain.
- At least two years of experience as a CRNA.
