The Clinical Director is expected to lead clinical teams, provide strategic director for medical services, monitor clinical performance, and ensure compliance withhealthcare regulations. This position also requires a strong combination fo clinical expertise, leadership ability, and organizational acumen to optimize patient care and drive improvements in clinical outcomes. It is important that this leader has experience with serving as a role model for clinical staff by demonstrating exemplary medical practice and leadership in past positions. A Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited medical school and a valid California Medical License are also both required for consideration of this opportunity.
