The Clinical LCSW Manager of Behavioral Health Emergency Services will report directly to the Clinical LCSW Director of Behavioral Health Emergency Services.The Clinical LCSW Manager of Psychiatric Emergency Department will be required to provide daily updates regarding the status of the unit to the Clinical LCSW Director of Behavioral Health Emergency Services and work together with their superior to ensure all safety regulations and policies are being met. The Clinical LCSW Manager of Behavioral Health Emergency Services will be a direct supervisor to the Clinical LCSW Assistant Manager of Behavioral Health Emergency Services and must be readily available to assist in any critical situation that may arise. Overseeing a team of social workers, the Clinical LCSW Manager of Inpatient Psychiatric Emergency Services will serve as a leader and the face of the Behavioral Health Emergency Services to guarantee each patient treated in their unit are receiving the safest, cleanest, and high-quality care.
The Clinical LCSW Manager of Psychiatric Emergency Services will be required to manage and provide direct oversight to the behavioral health emergency services unit that perform various and complex clinical exams.The Clinical LCSW Manager of Behavioral Health Emergency Services must hold either their LCSW,LMFT, or LPC. Equipped with cutting-edge technology within their unit,the Clinical LCSW Manager of Behavioral Health Emergency Services will be required to be well-versed in any and all clinical equipment utilized within their unit. This individual will have 24 / 7 coverage of the unit and must be easily accessible to offer their guidance and subject matter expertise. The Clinical LCSW Manager of Behavioral Health Emergency Services must be well-versed regarding the care being administered with the unit, and must be able to highlight their team’s strengths, and also pinpoint any weaknesses and provide the necessary training to address any matter.
