The Clinical Nursing Operations Director position will report directly up to the Chief Nursing Officer of this Hospital. Supported by RN Managers over Medical Surgical, Critical Care, and OB, this Director will have a fantastic team of leaders to help keep patient care on track.
The Director of Nursing Operations will lead a wide array of operations from planning and managing labor needs and staffing, to helping to develop ongoing quality initiatives. The goal is to ensure that the clinical needs of the facility are met to the satisfaction of patients and upper level management.
