The Clinic Manager Nurse will oversee the Primary Care Clinic, reporting to the Director of Clinic Operations. Responsibilities include hiring, firing, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff, as well as assisting with quality standards, establishing and maintaining policies and procedures, and collaborating with clinic leadership to coordinate program development.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Providers and excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
