The Director Hospital Pharmacy is responsible for the development of department policies and procedures, works to optimize pharmacy operations, leads and trains pharmacy staff, has oversight of department budgeting and resource allocation, and maintains compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards. The Director Hospital Pharmacy also collaborates with various system leaders and serves as the liaison between administration and all pharmacy related operations.
What's Needed to Succeed:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state or ability to obtain
- Prior leadership experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
