**About the Role**
Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy team. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring timely and efficient pharmaceutical services for patients across various settings.
As the Hospital Pharmacy Director, you will manage staff, develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and labor regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing medication management, quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining clinical competencies.
The ideal candidate will have Pharmacist Licensure from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy and at least five years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical services, including policy development, quality improvement, and budgeting. An advanced degree (PharmD, MBA, or MS) is preferred but not required.
