The Role
The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will report to the Nurse Director of Emergency Services, supported by experienced CNOR Nurse Supervisors and Charge Nurses.
Responsibilities:
- Direct patient care for the Emergency Department.
- Ensure standards of quality, service, and safety are met daily.
- Supervise healthcare teams for effective clinical operations and outcomes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has one to three years of acute care experience, a graduate degree from an accredited RN program, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and Colorado or Compact State Licensing.
