A leading acute care hospital located in southwest Connecticut is now seeking a dynamic Evening Supervisor Sterile Processing to join their award winning healthcare team.

The acute care hospital is home to more than 300 inpatient beds and provides a number of services including internal medicine, perioperative services, emergency and critical care, oncology, laboratory and imaging, women’s health, cardiology, and much more.
Reporting to the Manager of Sterile Processing, the Evening Supervisor Sterile Processing will oversee the technical and administrative functions of the department during the designated shift. Responsibilities include staff management, oversight of department resources, trains and offers guidance to new and existing staff, ensures efficient patient flow, maintains a clean and safe environment, and collaborates with department leadership teams.
What’s Needed to Succeed :
- Current CRCST or IAHCSMM certification
- Progressive working experience in central sterile processing
- Prior experience in education or leadership
