Reporting to the Director of Emergency Services and the flight administrator, the Flight Care Supervisor will supervise a team of critical care and emergency nurses and paramedics while providing hands-on care to patients. The Flight Care Supervisor will have a strong background in critical care and air medical and transport experience. The Flight Care Supervisor will assist the Administrator with communications, scheduling staff, day-to-day operations, and staff education. In addition, the Flight Care Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance of all base staff including policies and procedures, and department operating procedures. The Flight Care Supervisor will have experience with pain management and intubation practices as well as possess strong critical thinking skills while working under pressure.
