An established critical access hospital located in the Upper Connecticut Valley region is now looking for an experienced Geriatric Behavioral Health Nurse Coordinator to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This location represents a number of services including a level IV Trauma Center, inpatient services, orthopedics and surgical services, imaging and laboratory testing, behavioral health, and rehabilitative services.
Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Geriatric Behavioral Health Nurse Coordinator will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of a 10-bed inpatient unit catered towards older adults with mental health concerns. This department is designed to offer a sensitive environment and serves as a referral center for the New England regions. The Nurse Coordinator has oversight of department staffing, participates in recruitment, monitors and evaluates staff performance, develops training plans, implements departmental policies and procedures, works to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, manages department budgets, and participates in various hospital committees.
What Makes You Awesome:
- Current Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
- Progressive working experience in behavioral health setting
- Prior leadership experience in nursing roles
