A leading non-profit healthcare organization based in northern New Hampshire is now seeking an experienced Healthcare Quality Manager to join their award-winning organization.
This organization offers comprehensive medical services across four hospital and clinic locations. With a team of dedicated providers and healthcare professionals, this system offers advanced services such as emergency and critical care, surgery, women’s and children’s health, diagnostic services, cancer care, cardiovascular services, and much more.
Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, the Healthcare Quality Manager is responsible for leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives across the hospital to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and excellence in care delivery. This role involves developing, managing, and evaluating quality assurance programs, leading performance improvement projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include oversee the hospital's quality assurance processes including infection control, ensures compliance with all federal and state regulations, prepares for and leds accreditation and certification surveys, develops and manages training programs, leads initiatives to reduce medical errors and adverse events, collaborates with hospital administration, and communicates quality achievements effectively across the organization.
What’s Needed to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality CPHQ highly desirable!
- Prior leadership experience is a plus!
