As an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, interpreting findings, and developing tailored treatment plans. You will drive patient progress effectively by implementing these strategies directly and sometimes delegating tasks to certified assistants. Providing educational support to patients and caregivers, adjusting care plans based on continual assessments, and ensuring comprehensive and timely documentation are also key aspects of this role.
