The Home Care Nurse Supervisor will report to the Nurse Director and will help in leading an amazing team of experienced Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. The Nurse Supervisor will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for managing Home Health care services.
As the leader of Hospice care, the RN Supervisor will work with the Nurse Director, Nursing Staff, and Physicians to ensure quality patient care standards are met. You will assist the Director through planning, developing, performance improvement, and other direct patient care treatment and clinical services. Further responsibilities for this Supervisor include leading a professional, multi-disciplinary team to coordinate and supervise the delivery of home health services while complying with administrative and legal policies.
