Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the Hospital Compliance Analyst will be responsible for completing monthly audits, creating and updating policies and procedures, risk assessments, and performing maintenance of the organizational compliance program.
In addition, the Hospital Compliance Analyst will lead department projects and initiatives and serve as a mentor for new and existing department staff as well as provide educational training.
