The Director of Human Resources HR will develop and implement short and long term workforce planning solutions to support the organization’s strategic vision and goals, through a robust talent acquisition process focused on diversity and inclusion. The Director of HR Human Resources will collaborate with leaders in determining position allocation and staffing alternatives.
The Director of HR Human Resources will staff and lead the Labor Committee while partnering with Human Resource Business Partners and Leaders to develop and implement proactive and creative recruitment strategies / tools to source, assess and hire preferred job candidates.
The Director of Human Resources HR will ensure data integrity, demographics and record retention and administration. The Human Resources HR Director will negotiate outside labor contracts with contingency staffing agencies. Recommends and implements policies and procedures related to specific departmental and / or hospital-wide employee license / certification and employee work authorization regulations and recruitment and retention programs.
The ideal candidate for Director of Human Resources HR will have Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or human resources. Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years hospital Human Resources experience especially in Critical Care Access setting in California. Proficiency creating a robust, highly functional integrated applicant tracking and HRIS system, including building reports.
