The Hospital Lab Tech will perform and interpret laboratory tests, document and report results, and maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and hold ASCP or AMT certification. If certification is not already obtained, candidates must achieve it within one year of hire. This role requires strong communication, service orientation, critical thinking, and technology proficiency.
