A large Healthcare Organization in Northern California is seeking a Manager Facilities Management and Construction.
The Hospital Manager Facilities Management will report to the Regional Director Facilities Management and Strategy Officer, and will be supported by a team of facilities management team members and Supervisors
The Director of Facilities Management will be responsible for all new construction, plant engineering and maintenance, construction management, ground services, capital projects and overall facility safety. The Manager of Facilities Management will oversee the maintenance of the medical centers and numerous buildings in the region. The Director of Facilities Management and new construction will be responsible for managing all other contractors and renovations at the facility.
The Manager of Facilities and Construction will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to conceptualize and execute designs that optimize patient care delivery, operational efficiency, and staff satisfaction. Additionally, the Manager Hospital Construction will play a pivotal role in maintaining the physical integrity of our facilities, implementing sustainable practices, and integrating advanced technology solutions into our infrastructure.
The Hospital Manager Facilities will need to insure the hospital meets or exceeds all regulatory and JCAHO requirements. The Hospital Manager Facilities management will be responsible for all applicable contract negotiations with vendors.
