The Hospital Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the pharmacy team, which entails but is not limited to implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, evaluating staff performance, managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications, serve as an educational resource for pharmacy staff, and collaborating with the pharmacy director on unit goals and initiatives.
