This patient-centered, non-profit, 160 bed hospital holds numerous awards and prides itself on providing exceptional patient care to members of the community for over 100 years.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Hospital Senior Buyer will be responsible for equipment orders and supply management duties while working closely with Providers, Nurses, and other staff to ensure both medical and non-medical supplies are readily available. The Hospital Senior Buyer will negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-saving measures for the organization are being met.
The Hospital Senior Buyer will fill in as acting Supply Chain Manager in their absence and will promote strong teamwork and collaboration among the department. The Hospital Senior Buyer will exhibit exceptional communication skills within the department and across the organization to maintain a quality working relationship.
