The Sterile Processing Leader will report to a tenured Sterile Processing Manager and work in collaboration with experienced Technologists, Radiologists, Nurses and Administrators.

The Inpatient Sterile Processing Leader will be supporting all aspects of managing medical supplies and equipment and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
This position provides the Central Sterile Supervisor the opportunity to lead a team of CS techs, manage schedules and address conflict, develop training for staff and ensure state and federal regulations.
Additional responsibilities for the Sterile Processing Leader will include ensuring that all parameters of sterilization are met including steam, ETO, Hydrogen Peroxide and Parasitic Acid, overseeing staff assembling and processing of major pieces of equipment and assuring that equipment is functioning before use.
