The Interim Operating Room Nurse Director will be joining a welcoming perioperative services cohort consisting of Registered Nurses, Charge Nurses, anesthesiologists, techs, and other healthcare professionals. In the role of Interim Director of Surgical Services, this nursing leader will be supported by an Operating Room Nurse Manager and will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. This Director will manage all facets of perioperative services including the OR, Sterile Processing (SPD), and Pre-Post Anesthesia Care.
The successful Interim Director of Surgical Services will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the perioperative services department.
