An exciting opportunity is now available for an Interim Nurse Director Risk, Accreditation & Infection Control at a Southern California non profit Medical Center.
The Interim Nurse Director Quality and Risk will report to the Chief Executive Officer, and will oversee a team of Infection Preventionists, Quality Improvement Specialists, Risk Manager, Performance Improvement, data analysts and a peer review coordinator. Additionally, The Interim Director of Quality, Risk and Regulatory Compliance will collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer.
The Interim Director Quality, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance will develop metrics in quality and patient safety, ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance and acts as an expert resource for all hospital departments.
The Interim Nurse Director Quality Services will be responsible for organizational improvements and quality measures for the entire facility. The Interim Director Quality, Patient Safety and Performance Improvement will be in charge of the development and measuring of various clinical quality metrics, and quality improvement initiatives.
The Interim Director Quality and Patient Safety will be part of a large and stable healthcare organization, which is known throughout the region for providing the highest level of care with a commitment to quality and patient safety metrics.
The Interim Nurse Director Risk & Accreditation will have administrative oversite of the development and implementation of the hospitals quality and performance improvement program.
The Interim Director Regulatory Compliance and Quality Management, collaborates with the Medical Staff and Organizational Leadership to create the highest quality measures, and insures patient and employee safety.
