A leading critical access hospital located in New Hampshire is now seeking an Interim Nurse Manager Labor Delivery to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This regional leading critical access hospital offers a wide variety of medical and surgical inpatient services including emergency, obstetrics, oncology, surgical, and much more. The obstetric department is a smaller tight knit group that performs roughly 300 births per year.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Interim Nurse Manager Labor Delivery will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of an 8-bed birthing suite with a team of roughly 25 FTEs. Responsibilities include management of staff schedules, oversight of department resources, ensures quality patient care, maintains compliance with regulatory standards, provides clinical training, and offers direct patient care as needed.
What’s Needed to Succeed:
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
- Prior leadership experience within an obstetric department
- Interim management experience is a plus!
