Serving the Northeastern Region of Montana, this Community Health System has all essential Hospital and Emergency Care technology as well as a full range of Outpatient Services. The Lab Operations Director will be key in the continuance of High Quality Care throughout the Laboratory Department. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the Lab Operations Director will oversee all Laboratory operations and lead an experienced team of Clinical Lab Scientists / Medical Lab Techs, and Certified Phlebotomy Technicians.
The Hospital Laboratory Director will provide quality outcomes of the laboratory, overall operations, direction, and leadership for the management team and Lab staff. The director will be the driving force for initiatives to increase accuracy and enforce protocols and procedures. This employee will educate MT staff and support new staff to learn the laboratory process.
