The Licensed Practical Nurse Rehabilitation will report directly to the Nurse Manager, with oversight from the Director of Nursing. This role collaborates closely with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist with rehabilitation activities, encouraging patients to participate in their recovery process.
- Educate patients and families about care plans, medication management, and post-discharge care.
