The Hospital Magnet Program Manager will support the System’s Senior Director overseeing Magnet Designation & Specialty Projects with maintaining Magnet Designation Status through demonstrating compliance with the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program standards. This includes but is not limited to monitoring nursing practice, promoting culture of evidence based practice, fostering strong leadership, and empowering nurses through promoting a positive work environment and offering ongoing professional development opportunities. Not only will the Hospital Magnet Program Manager be responsible for maintaining current documentation and data, the Hospital Magnet Program Manager will also support the Senior Director with future processes required for Magnet Redesignation including gap analysis, research programs, analyzing patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction scores, and writing the application for the Magnet Recognition Program.
Ideally the Hospital Program Manager will be a Registered Nurse with research, data and analytical skills exposure.
