We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead our Magnet Program as part of our Nurse Magnet Initiative. The RN Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the process to achieve and maintain Magnet Recognition, ensuring alignment with the standards set forth by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This pivotal role involves collaborating with nursing leadership to foster a culture of excellence, driving quality improvement initiatives, and enhancing patient care outcomes. The successful candidate will manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that support nursing practice, professional development, and shared governance. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as this role requires building relationships and facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership within a hospital setting, a commitment to nursing excellence, and a strong understanding of the Magnet model and its components. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
