- Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of the daily operations and clinical practice of the over 4 units.
- Coordinating all functions in the unit/department, managing the team in order to provide quality individualized patient care to patients ranging from neonate to geriatric on the age continuum.
- Serving as a liaison with medical staff and other personnel, promoting the maximum growth and development of each employee, supporting nursing research, and assuring patient advocacy.
