As the Medical Surgical RN Director, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Med Surg unit. You will support the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care, enhance continuous performance improvement and resource optimization, and develop an operational system that ensures a seamless patient flow through the continuum of care. You will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide leadership and maximize patient outcomes.
The ideal RN Nursing Director Med Surg will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field. A Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field is preferred. Candidates that have several years of related nurse management experience will receive quick interviews.
