Supervisor of Cardiovascular Sonography Job Summary
This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced supervisor to lead the cardiovascular sonography team in a state-of-the-art medical center in California. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cardiology Manager in monitoring department operations and resolving employee concerns.
- Maintain high-quality work product and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Orient new employees and monitor performance for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Attend continuing education and participate in peer review for cardiology physicians.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- At least two years of experience performing EKGs, Holter monitors, and treadmills and/or cardiac sonography.
- Required certifications include one of the following: ARDMS, CCM, RDCS, or RCS.
