As the Practice Operations Director, you will oversee a talented team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Reporting directly to the VP of Physician Practices, who is passionate about practice excellence. The Multisite Practice Director will cover multiple scopes including OBGYN, Ortho, Pediatrics, Family Practice, Urology, ENT, Surgery, Pain Management, and Neurology.
In this role, the Multisite Clinical Practice Operations Director will manage budgets, strategic planning, quality improvement, and compliance measures. The Director Clinic Operations will ensure the physician and other members of the practices maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies.
