As NICU Assistant Nurse Manager with this 600 patient bed hospital, this nursing leader will report directly to the NICU Manager and will be providing leadership to a team that can care for the most fragile newborns and their families. The NICU ANM will be joining a Level IV NICU with 39 single rooms and four more for multiples. This medical center is a leader in neonatology and is equipped with the latest in healthcare technology.
The NICU Assistant Nurse Manager will be kept busy in this department through providing leadership to 50 FTEs consisting of Registered Nurses, Techs, Anesthesiologists, and other well-tenured healthcare professionals. A Nursing Leader with their Bachelor’s Degree and prior experience as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or Assistant Nurse Manager will provide a strong background for a candidate looking to pursue this role.
