The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and will be responsible for leading clinical and administrative operations in our busy Cardiovascular Services department. You will work closely with a tenured CVRN Cath Lab Manager, an Interventional Radiology Supervisor, and two Charge Nurses to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to inspire and innovate, identifying new service offering opportunities, recognizing operational efficiencies, and serving as a change agent for the service line. You will be supported by an experienced and tenured staff of IR Cardiac Cath Nurses and Technologists, as well as an administrative team committed to the continued development of IR and Cardiac Cath Services.
