What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Director Dialysis position at Clinical Management Consultants?
The Nurse Manager Dialysis Renal will oversee day to day renal dialysis department operations, staffing, and equipment allocation and oversight. The Renal Nurse Manager will ideally have previous knowledge of the nursing process, regulatory process, and staff nurse performance reviews.
The Nurse Director Renal Dialysis will oversee a Center with a multitude of stations and where they can serve up to 85 patients daily. The Nurse Director Renal Services will be supported by 2 supervisors and a staff of 35 FTE’s. The Nurse Director Dialysis will report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
