Leading a team of over 200 full-time staff encompassing pediatrics and adult Emergency Department (ED), the Nurse Director of Emergency will directly report to the Chief Nursing Officer. Assuming the pivotal role of a patient advocate, the RN Director for the Emergency Room will be responsible for the day-to-day management of departmental operations, staffing, policy and procedure implementation, and budget compliance with state and federal regulations.
Candidates for the position with 3-5 years of Nurse or Nurse Manager-level experience in Emergency Services, including Level I or Level II Trauma experience, will earn a quick interview. MSNs and RNs with their CEN and/or TNCC will, as well.
