This active service line features 15 Operating Rooms and performs over 10,000 cases annually. Diverse procedures are performed including Vascular, Orthopedics, Neurology, and Cardiothoracic cases.
In collaboration with Senior Leadership, the Nurse Director of Perioperative Services will provide comprehensive oversight for the entire service line including Operating Room, Recovery, Sterile Processing, Pre-Op, and Outpatient Surgery units. This role requires superb leadership skills to lead this dedicated team of Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and other support staff. The Surgery Nurse Director will lead long term Strategic Growth for the service line and implement Process Improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive progressive leadership experience in acute care surgical settings.
