The Perioperative Services department encompasses pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care areas, including surgical suites, recovery rooms, and central sterile processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize perioperative services and achieve departmental goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals within the perioperative team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to perioperative care.
