Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the RN Director of Perioperative Services will provide leadership and overall responsibility for the highly organized Perioperative Department. They will ensure a smooth functioning Surgical Department with the support of OR Charge Nurses, and OR Staff RNs. The Surgical Department performs many surgeries such as General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, and more. The RN Director Perioperative Services establishes and ensures compliance with standards of clinical care, and maintains accountability for staffing, quality, safety, service, and clinical excellence throughout the surgical department.
