Reporting to the Director of Clinic Operations, the Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic will oversee the Cardiothoracic Surgery Clinic and manage a strong team of Clinic staff including Nurses, Techs, and front-end staff. The Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic will be well supported by Clinic Supervisors and will be responsible for hiring, firing, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff. In addition, the Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic will assist with quality standards, establish and maintain policies and procedures, and collaborate with clinic leadership to coordinate clinic program development.
The Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic should have excellent communication skills, have experience working with Providers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
