About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Department team at a reputable hospital in the San Francisco Bay Peninsula. Our medical center is dedicated to providing compassionate care using state-of-the-art technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial management of the Emergency Department
- Staff management and development
- Day-to-day operations and program development
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a 20-bed Emergency Unit with high stroke and cardiac cases. You will report directly to the Nurse Director of Emergency Department and be supported by approximately 70 FTEs and experienced Charge nurses.
