The Nurse Manager Operating Room will report to the department Director and lead the surgical team. This busy OR has a comprehensive range of surgical specialties including both inpatient and outpatient procedures, orthopedics, general, oncology, cardiac, vascular, neurosurgery, gynecology, urology and gastrointestinal surgeries plus many more. The Nurse Manager Operating Room will oversee operations in nursing and join a professional, dedicated staff. The Nurse Manager Operating Room will be responsible for strategic planning, business growth, budget management, staff development and be a service oriented and patient experience focused leader.
