The Nurse Manager Operating Room will report to the Senior Director of Surgical Services with responsibilities that include: utilization of continuous performance improvement techniques, serving as consultant for staff regarding processes to be followed, improving patient outcomes through active participation in the interdisciplinary process, assisting in development and achievement of annual goals, monitoring staffing needs, assisting with capital budget, assisting in maintaining Joint Commission accreditation, and conducts interviews, selection process, orientation, evaluation, and termination staff. Individuals earning quick interviews will have prior operating room experience.
