A rural Northern California Community Medical Center is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist to work throughout their well regarding hospital.
The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner reports to the Medical Director and will play a crucial role in providing patient care within this medical center and its associated Primary Care Clinics. An exciting aspect of this opening is the wide range of people you’ll get to work with. Beyond the team of Inpatient Nurse Leaders, Physician Specialists, Emergency MDs, and Physician Assistants, you’ll also get to work with clinical and administrative leaders in the community.
Serving as a Primary Provider for Patients, the Nurse Practitioner will actively engage in the full range of care. This person will work help evaluate patients upon admittance, working with leaders and liaisons from other specialties to develop an actionable diagnosis. Later, consulting with Physician / Provider Leadership the Hospitalist will help develop a treatment plan. This person will join a very well established Hospitalist Program, and will have the chance to work with some really world-class physicians.
The Acute Care Nurse practitioner will work throughout the Hospital, in all the Acute Care Units. The Hospitalist NP will collaborate with all Unit Managers, Registered Nurses, Physicians and the Medical Director.

Salary : $150,225 - $173,224
