Reporting to the RN Director of Perioperative Services, the OR Nurse Leader manages clinical and administrative functions. This Nurse leader will have the support of a team of highly experienced Staff RNs, and many CNORs.
The Nurse Manager will refine their clinical and business skills through performance improvement projects, future planning, nursing process implementation, staff development, and cost control. They provide leadership, motivation, and clinical guidance to ensure excellent patient care within a specific nursing unit, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff.
