As the Perioperative Clinical Educator, you will report directly to the Director of Surgical Services, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and initiatives. You will mentor and guide nursing staff within the perioperative unit, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and clinical outcomes.
The perioperative unit at this community medical center boasts a dynamic and fast-paced environment, equipped with 10 state-of-the-art operating rooms and handling over 500 surgeries monthly.
